Membership Fee

The Membership Fee shall be payable at the time of registration (Gym members and non gym members are welcome)

The client has no restrictions on the categories. They can choose and the membership fee is AED 999 per category.

The money spent will not be refunded; instead, it will be converted to a membership price if the event is canceled. For example, if a consumer signs up for all three categories, that money would be converted to a three-month membership that grants them unlimited access to the studio in the event that the fitness challenge is canceled.

Liability

All sessions are subject to change/cancellation for any reason, extreme weather and/or unforeseen circumstances, at any time with little notice.

Management will not be held liable for any sessions missed in the event the situation was outside of BAY BODY SPACE LLC control.

BAY BODY SPACE LLC does not offer or provide any warranties or accepts any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of this Campaign and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect thereto. 

BAY BODY SPACE LLC decision on all matters relating to the Campaign in case of any dispute shall be final and binding and no correspondences or discussions in relation there with shall be entertained by BAY BODY SPACE LLC from any participant/ entrants of the Campaign.

The BAY BODY SPACE LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Member, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by the BAY BODY SPACE LLC gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Member shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by the Member to the Facilities or to any other member

This Agreement may not be amended or modified. By registration the online application parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. (The online registration stands as the agreement)

Our customers are allowed to take advantage of any special offers or discounts but these

cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted products.

Only one offer per customer will be accepted.

Body Space Reserves the right to the following:

Must be over 18 years of age

Must book any sessions in advance

Fees are to be paid prior to session starting

Must be fully introduced to the equipment prior to use of our studio.

Ensure you have sought the right medical advice before starting any kind of training

program

You must notify us of any of the following conditions: Pregnancy, Circulatory, Metabolic,

Varicose ,Veins & Heart Conditions.

Wear suitable clothing when attending every session (Leggings or tracksuit)

Ensure you have read and comply with the Terms & Conditions at all times.

Use of the Body Space Studio and Equipment:

All clients must be ready 5 minutes before session start time.

Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to the start time of the session. Failure to adhere

to this will mean the session will be marked as used.

Late arrivals will only be permitted the balance of the remaining session time.

Priority access to our equipment will be given to pre booked sessions. Empty sessions will

be on a first come first served basis.

A meal should not be taken at least 2 hours prior the training

All sessions must be booked in advance but you can always call to check availability.

Body Space Studios do not take responsibility for any personal property left at the studio

Packages, Special Offers & Discount Rules

Body Space reserves the right to withdraw the use of any discount code at any time.

All pre issued packages are offered on an individual basis and cannot be used by any

other person.

Our customers are allowed to take advantage of any special offers or discounts but these

cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted products.

Body Space Reserves the right to the following:

We reserve the right to cancel any package or session if a client does not comply with our

terms and conditions without refund or explanation.

No photography or Filming is permitted in the studio without prior consent.

The use of bad language is not permitted in the studio and any abuse to a member of our

team will not be tolerated and will result in your session/package being canceled.

Any change of pricing will be notified through our website.

Bay Body Space LLC is not liable for the clients’ failure to see results.
